Thanksgiving in the Wichita Mountains

11/27/2014 - 7:00am to 11/30/2014 - 12:30pm

This will be the best year yet! We are so excited to have learned of this beautiful mountain combined with prairie area located only a few hours from DFW. Remote does not begin to describe the away-from-it-all roads we will enjoy. Karl and Tim have found routes for everyone. This Thanksgiving destination offers so much beauty and so many activities. And most of all, the cycling is amazing.

We hope you will join us for our club's fourth Thanksgiving cycling trip. Read more about this year's trip by selecting the "read more" link.

Club Dues Are Now Due

If you have not already done so, now is the time to pay your 2014-2015 club dues. Our annual club dues are payable the first of September. However, it appears that many of our valuable club members have either forgotten to pay or overlooked this deadline. The dues we pay keep our club operational. You can pay by check or use either Pay Pal or a credit/debit card online. Just click on the MEMBERSHIP tab above and follow the directions.

CareFlite Now Offering Major Discount for Cyclists

We are happy to announce that we have received a group offer from CareFlite. CareFlite has emergency helicopter transportation as well as ground transportation. They are a non profit organization that works in cooperation with Baylor Healthcare Systems, JPS Health Network, Methodist Health Systems, Parkland, and Texas Health Resources. Their emergency transportation insurance is regularly $49 per year, but we are being offered this same coverage for only $12 per year.
